About Shipra Agrawal, O.D.

Shipra Agrawal, O.D. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and received her Doctorate in Optometry from the Inter American University College of Optometry. During her time at the Inter American University, Dr. Agrawal was president of VOSH/ Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity from 2015-2019. This organization helps to provide the gift of vision and quality eye health to people worldwide who can neither afford nor obtain such care. Dr. Agrawal gained extensive experience managing various ocular conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma during her internships at the Shah Eye Center, the Bronx Eye Institute, and the Kendall Eye Institute. After certification, Dr. Agrawal joined Vision Trends Eye Care in Rosenberg, Texas, gaining valuable knowledge in practicing family eye care.

Dr. Agrawal is a board-certified Optometrist and Therapeutic Glaucoma Specialist. She practices full-scope optometry, including Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, pre/post-operative care of cataract and refractive surgery, and specialty contact lens fitting.

Dr. Agrawal is a native Houstonian from the Sugar Land area and enjoys cooking, traveling, and creating memories with her husband, family, and friends.

Dr. Agrawal is fluent in Spanish and Hindi and is accepting new patients at our North Loop and Gramercy locations.
